Where does the personalization go?
If you choose to personalized your bowl, it will go on the rim with the rest of the inscription. You can see examples when looking our pictures.
Can you personalized the bottom of the bowl?
Sorry we do not offer underside inscribing.
What size is the bowl?
Bowls are approximately 10” in diameter and 3.5” - 4” deep. Please remember that these bowls are hand thrown and can vary in size slightly.
How long are your shipping times?
If you order a not personalized bowl the processing time takes one week before shipping.
If you order a personalized bowl the processing time takes 3 weeks before shipping.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Sorry we do not offer shipping to those destinations.
How do you ship your bowls?
We ship using FedEx or UPS. Our bowls are double boxed and protected with packing materials. The inner box is perfect for gift wrapping.
Can I return my bowl?
If you have ordered a personalized bowl, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you ordered a bowl that is NOT personalized, we will accept a return or an exchange. However you are responsible for return shipping before we will issue a refund or exchange.
Do repair pottery?
No we do not offer any repair services. The best thing to do in that situation is have a new one made.
Will the color look the same as the picture?
Every bowl is one of a kind. Our glazing and firing process cause variations in our final product. This ensures yours will be unique to all others.
